Music Videos and Specials

Tel-Air has been involved in the music industry for three decades. Located adjacent to the world famous Criteria Recording Studios, music production has remained one of Tel-Air's strengths. From some of the very first music videos ever produced to current television programming Tel-Air crews have a respected history in this medium.

Tel-Air is responsible for shooting some of the very first music videos for Warner Brothers with such legends as Aretha Frankin, James Brown and Lulu. When television's first "music video" program; the BBC's "Old Grey Whistle Test" signed on, Tel-Air was one of the major contractors for that program. Next came "Saturday Night Fever" and the Bee-Gee's, as Barry, Robin and Maurice scored films for Tel-Air while they produced music videos for them. In the eighties Tel-Air produced "Spring Break Reunion I & II", two 2-hour syndicated specials featuring musical performances with Frankie Avalon and 16 of the greatest Rock 'N' Roll acts of the sixties and seventies.
