Don’t Tell Me How to Art is a bold new series from Tel-Air Interests that celebrates artists who challenge convention, defy genre, and break the rules to forge their own creative paths. Spanning 13 episodes, the series will showcase boundary-pushing creators whose work reflects the energy, identity, and complexity of their cities. From visual artists and dancers to musicians and cultural disruptors, each episode captures the raw process and unfiltered spirit behind their craft—reminding us that art is not one-size-fits-all.

The pilot episode in Miami  highlights Foom!, a high-energy musical collective founded by Max Trullenque and Theo Braun. Nearly a decade in the making, Foom! blends hip-hop and rap vibes with a dynamic brass section, channeling the spirit of Sublime with the unpredictability of Digital Underground. With more than 40 musicians contributing to its evolving sound, every performance is a one-of-a-kind experience.

Tel-Air is proud to feature Foom! as part of this ongoing exploration of fearless creativity—and we look forward to sharing more from Don’t Tell Me How to Art in the near future.
