As part of an ongoing initiative to celebrate and promote Florida’s rich tourism landscape, Tel-Air Interests—building on its longstanding contributions to the state’s tourism division—has partnered with Tropic Survival to produce a series of charming short films aimed at spotlighting iconic destinations through the eyes of curious young adventurers.

In one vignette set on the shores of Miami Beach, two children encounter a Santa-like figure attempting to enjoy a quiet moment in the sun. Unconvinced by his denials, the girls relentlessly engage him with playful persistence—eager to share their wish lists and capture a selfie—until he ultimately surrenders to the joy of being recognized.

In another episode, a pair of fiery redheaded twins embark on a lively exploration of Bill Baggs State Park, subtly highlighting the park’s unique offerings for families and adventurers of all ages.

Directed by Tyler Knutt, with cinematography by Egon Stephan and production by Grant Gravitt and Tiffany Terrell, this series reflects Tel-Air’s ongoing commitment to producing meaningful, place-based storytelling that inspires both residents and visitors to engage with Florida’s natural beauty and cultural charm.
