Grant Gravitt Jr., president of Tel-Air, is an Emmy Award-winning industry leader in television and production who has revitalized one of the Southeast’s most storied production companies.

 

With over 1,400 hours of regional and national television programming to his credit, Grant has produced content for PBS, National Geographic, NBC, CBS, IMG, and IBM, as well as corporate clients and entertainment industry leaders. His extensive portfolio includes government commissions, music specials, political campaigns, live sports programming, syndicated features, and pioneering televised murder trials long before the O.J. Simpson case captivated audiences

 

An Emmy Award winner and three-time Emmy nominee, Grant received critical acclaim for the tele-documentary Jockey, featuring William Conrad. His contributions to the industry and community have also earned him the prestigious Price Waterhouse Young Professional Up & Comer of the Year Award—an honor he uniquely won in both Dade and Broward counties, recognizing his professional excellence and philanthropic contributions.

 

Beyond production, Grant is a dedicated philanthropist and community leader. He has served on the boards of esteemed organizations such as The New World Symphony, The American Cancer Society – Florida Chapter, and The American Red Cross. Under his leadership, Tel-Air continues to merge its rich legacy with bold, forward-thinking innovation.
